Fire Services and Works Framework

Tender description

The Metropolitan Thames Valley housing group (MTVH) proposes to enter into a Framework Agreement for fire services and works. This PIN is to explore our proposed Lots under this Framework Agreement with the market, in order to ensure maximum competition across all Lots. The proposed Lots are: (1) Fire Safety Assessments (national) (2) FRA Reviews (national) (3) FRA Remedial Actions (South London) (4) FRA Remedial Actions (East Anglia & North London) (5) FRA Remedial Actions (East Midlands) (6) Servicing & non-technical fire checks (East Anglia & North London) (7) Servicing & non-technical fire checks (East Anglia & North London) (8) Servicing & non-technical fire checks (East Midlands) We are seeking feedback from the market about our proposals to limit the number of Lots suppliers can bid for and/or be awarded.
