Tender description

This is an opportunity for a 5 year “estates services” contracts comprising of cleaning services to residential buildings of social housing (excluding window cleaning) and grounds maintenance (including arboricultural work) services. It is divided into 2 Lots; potential suppliers can bid for 1 or both lots. Wandle supports people, across south London, who need a home. We have over 7 000 homes across nine south London boroughs. We are a provider of homes for rent (social and affordable), shared ownership, outright sale, and supported housing. We are seeking a supplier that can provide cleaning services to our blocks of apartments and houses that have been converted into apartments. Primarily these are cleaning services to the internal communal areas of the buildings, the communal bin areas and communal external areas. Wandle supports people, across south London, who need a home. We have over 7 000 homes across nine south London boroughs. We are a provider of homes for rent (social and affordable), shared ownership, outright sale, and supported housing. We are seeking a supplier that can provide grounds maintenance services to our blocks of apartments. Primarily the services are grass cutting and the improvement and maintenance of flower beds and shrubs. Wandle also require a tree survey and planned and reactive works to trees.
