Tender description

Call for tenders for a framework agreement for annual inspections, repairs/service and minor expansions of smoke lids, fire alarms and emergency lighting installations. Moss municipality has three municipal companies, Moss Kommunale Eiendomsselskap KF (MKEiendom), Moss Drift og Anlegg KF (MDA) and Moss Havn KF. Moss municipality is making the procurement on behalf of MKEiendom og Rygge municipality. MKEiendom sees to Moss municipality's interests within property as the administrator of ownership, property manager, builder and tenant of property in the private market on behalf of Moss municipality's entities. Total approx. 160-170 000 m2. Rygge municipality's properties amount to approx. 58 000 m2. Moss and Rygge municipalities are located in the centre of Østfold and they border each other. Moss municipality has approx. 32 500 inhabitants and is a town municipality. Rygge municipality has approx. 16 000 inhabitants. The municipalities will merge on 1.1.2020 and the new municipality will be called Moss municipality.
