The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitably experienced service providers to produce a wide range of display items for events and exhibitions. This RFT is divided into two Lots: Lot 1: Pull-Up Banners and Display Stands Lot 2: Custom Build Exhibition Stands and Staging Numbers of tenders received: Lot 1: 5 Lot 2: 7 Name and address of company awarded the contract: Lot 1: Vinehall Limited t/a Vinehall Displays of Wotton House, The Ward, Co. Dublin Lot 2: O’Brien Expo Services Limited of the Coachhouse, Rear of 1 Warwick Terrace, Appian Way, Ranelagh, Dublin 6 Date of contract award: 29/03/2018 Value of contract: Estimated total value over 3 years is Lot 1: €6,000 Lot 2: €203,000 Award criteria: 1)Range and depth of previous relevant experience and quality and level of resources to be applied to the service (minimum = 21 ; max = 30) 2)Demonstration of creative design and build solutions (minimum = 21; max 30); 3)Cost of service.
