Tender description
To appoint an RICS accredited firm to provide valuations of the Borough Council’s land and property assets for inclusion in the balance sheet for each financial year in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the CIPFA Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting and the RICS Valuation - Professional Standards (the “Red Book”) and also to provide reinstatement valuations for insurance purposes in respect of its property portfolio.
