Etruria Valley — NEC3 Project Manager — OJEU Procurement Process (PGP/2018/545) NEC3 Project Manager service to manage the Etruria Valley Link Road Construction Contract. The NEC3 Project Manager will deliver against 6 main objectives: 1) Development of ECC Tender Documentation; 2) Support to the Service Manager for the Highways Minor Works Framework: Term Contract; 3) Support throughout the Contractor Procurement Process and Award of Contract(s); 4) Cost Management Services in conjunction with the City Council’s Cost Consultant; 5) ECC Project Management Services; 6) Programme and Risk Management.
