Tender description

The Centre for Process Innovation Ltd (CPI) requires the following; CPI's Beneq TFS500 ALD reactor has an additional requirement for a process that requires Ammonia gas. The equipment is based at CPI's Printable Electronics facility. This specification outlines a design for an Ammonia delivery system. An ammonia bottle is to be placed on the outside of the cleanroom building. A facility panel will control the bottle for safe gas delivery (and maintenance) to a metal pipeline to the TFS reactor inside the building.
