Tender description

This framework is for a sole supplier of an Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system. The initial site which the system is to be installed in is the Gala Theatre, situated in Durham City. The Council anticipates that the system will be installed into additional Council sites in the future however the Council wishes to make suppliers aware that no guarantee of work is made. The initial call off contract for the Gala site will be for 5 years (including support and maintenance) with an optional 2 year extension period. Each additional site the Council installs the EPOS system in to will also have a 5 year initial call off term with an optional 1 + 1 year extensions.
