Soft Market Testing - Cafe at Mansfield Library

Nottinghamshire County Council, on behalf of Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries is seeking to undertake market engagement for the establishment and operation of a café within Mansfield Library. This soft market testing is intended as a method of engagement with potential providers and Inspire. The desired outcome is information and insight to gauge the level of interest from potential providers in the delivery and commercial feasibility of a café. Background information regarding Inspire and library is attached An open event will be held at Mansfield Library between 10am and 2pm on December 10th 2018, where the equipment and proposed café location will be available to view and a team from Inspire present to discuss the opportunity further All interested parties are requested to register an interest within the Due North e-tendering portal www.eastmidstenders.org. This will ensure that all parties are privy to any communications and development in relation to the soft market testing.
