Tender description

Southport Tourism manage a key number of advertising sites to promote events throughout the year in Southport and the surrounding area. There two sites and five structures. The sites are on Kew Roundabout and Plough roundabout (Southport) current structures are a kadar signage system. Each sign is 3130 x 2970mm and has a high cost to produce and install (images below). These were installed over 12 years ago and we are aware the system may now be very dated. The purpose of the soft testing is to look what alternative digital systems there are, how much to install and how cost effective overall. Interested companies must provide the following: • A suggested system with any supporting images. • Installation costs to replace the current system. • Any ongoing costs to maintain the new structure. • Costs to change media, how often we can change the media (if any) and how this is managed. Keywords: signage, sign
