Tender description

United Utilities (UU) has a requirement for the provision of biosolids transportation and recycling services to support its bioresource’s team in recycling UU’s waste water treated sludge (biosolids). At present UU produces circa 450 000 tonnes of biosolids per annum through its wastewater treatment works across 13 sites situated throughout the North West. UU is seeking a commercially efficient and environmentally friendly solution that adheres to all relevant codes of practice and sludge disposal guidelines.
