Tender description
This tender exercise is being undertaken to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to provide professional advice and guidance in relation to upgrading outdated strategic Saturn model. North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC ) held a valid Saturn model which was used for a business case in 2011. This has not been upgraded since this business case was submitted. As such we are seeking to identify what data and processes are required in order to bring this model up to the required standard in order to support future business cases. Keywords: Data, Saturn
