Tender description
Bassetlaw District Council is looking to employ a building contractor to execute repairs to the former Tourist Information Centre located at Grove Street, Retford. Repairs to the existing building are to be completed to a stage where it is a ‘blank canvas’ in preparation for Gallery fit out. Nottingham City Council is leading on this procurement exercise on behalf of Bassetlaw District Council, who are the Contracting Authority and will be the Employer for purposes of entering into the contract with the appointed Contractor.
