Southend on Sea Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitable Service Providers to deliver an effective Employee Assistance Programme and/ or Occupational Health service to all council employees. The Council also has Partners that access this service via the contract set up by the council, including Local Authority Trading Company, Schools and ALMO.
