Property Management Services

Tender description

EirGrid has a requirement for access to a suite of property management services. These services may be required for the different locations currently occupied by EirGrid. The services include the following 1. Property Portfolio Advice 2. Asset Management 3. Property Valuation 4. Property Acquisition 5. Property Disposal 6. Property Management 7. Arbitration 8. Rates Reviews 9. Liaison 10. Reporting This is a sample of the services that may be required. Additional and related services may be added to this list and additional locations may be added, including locations outside the island of Ireland to include the UK and other European countries. Currently EirGrid owns or leases 9 premises at separate locations on the island of Ireland and the property management services are required in order to ensure the strategy and delivery of services meets the needs of the business. EirGrid intends to establish a single supplier framework agreement. The framework agreement period will be for an initial duration of two years with the option to extend annually for up to an additional six years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the supplier.
