Print Services for Lancaster University Prospectuses - AWARD

Tender description

Lancaster University is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the associated documentation for the print production of the University's Undergraduate and Postgraduate prospectuses for the 2020 entry year. If the winning bidder provides a satisfactory service in the fulfilment of these requirements, then the contract will be extended on a yearly basis for the next three additional years subject to the previous year's performance. It may also be required for the winning bidder to print our International prospectus as well, although the specification for this is not yet known. We would however expect any costs to be in line with those provided within this bid. The University are looking for bids from printing companies with a proven track record of producing similar documents for the higher education sector, and who can offer both dedicated service and a final product which is of an exemplary standard, whilst remaining competitive on price.
