Tender description

The radiochemistry platforms sought, will support ongoing Neuroscience research by facilitating GMPproduction of markers of abnormal protein aggregation (e.g. amyloid, tau, and alpha synuclein) in order to studyin vivo, the pathology of Dementias (Lewy body, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease) and provide proofof mechanism of interventions designed to reverse or remove abnormal oligomers and fibrils - immunotherapy,secretase blockers, anti-aggregants, etc.The tendered platforms will also provide workhorse imaging biomarkers to detect tumours and monitor their function
