Tender description
The aim of the Service is to enable those who choose to care for people with a mental health condition to do so without detriment to their health or to their inclusion in society. The Provider shall deliver an outcomes focused service which seeks to improve health and well-being outcomes for adults who are caring for a partner, friend, or family member who cannot manage alone as a result of a severe and enduring mental health condition.
