The Services generally comprise: - Undertake Stock Condition Surveys to 2,130 nr Properties; - Provide all data back in a format readily able to update GUHG's Strategic Asset Management system (SAM) IT software (formally Codeman); - Validate the accuracy of the existing information; and - Provide Quinquennial and other reports. The above list is not exhaustive and Tenderers should refer to the Tender Document.
