Tender description

Community Care and Support services for 5 adults with autism spectrum disorder and/or learning disabilities in a core and cluster setting. A new service is required for 5 adults with autism spectrum disorder and/or learning disabilities and associated complexities who will be moving from an in-house residential facility into the community to be supported in a Core and Cluster setting. In the new setting support would be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and flexible arrangements would be required to accommodate the service user’s changing needs and outcomes. Appropriate housing has already been built in respect of the stated service. A suitably qualified and experienced provider is now required to provide the necessary support function. The proposed model forms part of a re-design of learning disability services in West Lothian.
