Tender description

East Sussex County Council Adult Social Care and Health Department’s Public Health Division intends to commission a service provider to provide a Warm Home Check Service for the eligible population of East Sussex as part of the East Sussex fuel poverty reduction programme. This programme is coordinated by the East Sussex Energy Partnership and aims to protect individuals and communities from the effects of living in a cold home. Its ambition is to ensure that practical advice and support is provided to vulnerable people about how to stay warm and well at home, and where to get further specialist help, in order to reduce the number of households that are fuel poor.
