Tender description

Gloucestershire County Council needs to engage competent providers to deliver a range of community-based support services for individuals of all ages with disabilities in Gloucestershire (children, young people ad adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and / or physical disabilities). Community Opportunities include employment, learning and further education and leisure activities undertaken away from a person’s home. Opportunities and support provided by specialist and mainstream services, independent and voluntary organisations are all included, as are community-based projects supported by staff from day centres. Community Opportunities pursue the things that people want to do and achieve in their lives away from home. The framework contract(s) can be used within and by any of the following Purchasers/Organisations: & nbsp; Gloucestershire County Council (Children and Adults Teams) Gloucestershire Care Services Gloucestershire 2Gether Trust Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group However potential Providers do NOT have to offer services to ALL groups / ages under the Contract.
