The purpose of this PIN notice is to confirm the intention of Peabody to procure furniture design and procurement consultancy services. We are looking for expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who would be interested in this opportunity. We are looking for expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who would be interested in this opportunity. The services are likely to be required as a consequence of a developing strategy to optimise Peabody’s corporate and operational office portfolio. New furniture will be required as part of refurbishment projects both in central London and at a smaller scale. The services required range from layout design services, test fit designs, to procurement specification of brokered, curated furniture solutions and associated products, due diligence and design development to include preparation of furniture budget, shortlisting, benchmarking and supplier negotiation and recommendations and management and co-ordination of procurement and installation; Snagging and post-completion administration.
