FM18095 Creation and Conversion of Facilities Schematic Drawings to AutoCAD 2D at NOC Southampton

Brief Description of Requirement The National Oceanography Centre (UKRI) Southampton currently are currently without vital plans/schematics for key systems within their site. The site only has around 6 schematic drawings in pdf format, and therefore, along with the review and creation of missing schematics, existing plans will require conversion to AutoCAD 2D. There are a number of schematics for which NOC does not have hard or soft copy. Potential contractors are required to attend the site and survey these areas before creating an AutoCAD version. Scope of Works NOC are seeking a quotation for the following: 1. To convert all critical drawings (as listed below) into AutoCAD 2D format. 2. To review the as-installed key schematic drawings for the building; note these are not in CAD format, these are scanned pdfs only and to convert into AutoCAD 2D format 3. To attend site and carry out a survey of any of the schematics that are missing from hard copy. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
