Tender description
Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) wishes to conduct a Market Consultation concerning potential new suppliers for the corporate landlord services of non-domestic Assets. The proposed contracts will be split into Hard FM and Soft FM. CBC wishes to engage with all Contractors including SME’s. Bidders Briefing to be held on Wednesday 14.11.2018. If wishing to attend the contractor briefing, please contact James.Kimber@PeopleToo.co.uk This lot will be broken down into further lots details TBC. Total spend 5 000 000 GBP per annum. 50 000 000 GBP over 10 year contract period. There is also scope to increase this by a further 1 600 000 GBP per annum. 16 000 000 GBP over 10 year contract period.
