Evaluation of the Middle Managers Programme

The ETF are seeking a supplier who will carry out an independent evaluation of our national middle managers programme, 'Leading from the Middle', commissioned in August 2018 ongoing until March 2019. This evaluation will investigate outcomes from the programme for the current year (2018/19). 'Leading from the Middle' aims to improve the professional effectiveness of those in middle leadership roles with responsibility and accountability for a functional area or curriculum department and the performance of a team within the FE and Training sectors. The programme is anticipated to motivate and inspire middle leaders to succeed in their careers through an innovative, personalised and flexible delivery model. Its learning approach is centred around the specific needs of the individual middle leader.
