ESPH GP Architect Services for The Roundel and Harold Place, Hastings (ESPH253) - AWARD

Tender description

In Hastings the York Gardens (The Roundel) and Harold Place Plinth (Formerly Harold Place Public Conveniences) are key locations in the centre of the town. This project aims to establish temporary/ semi and permanent units in both areas for small retail/food outlets, as well as public realm works to each site. Hastings Borough Council are seeking to procure the services of an Architect led Multi-Disciplinary Team led by an urban design architect to design, provide costings, and consult with local stakeholders. This team will complete the necessary survey, measurement and drawing production and develop designs under the direction of the client for RIBA stages 3-4 (Technical Design), including all necessary survey work, securing planning and building regulation consents. The commission will also include an option to extend the contract for all RIBA work stages 5-7.
