The requirement is to tender for a framework contract for the provision of adult education budget programmes with an estimated funding requirement of between 1 500 000 GBP — 2 000 000 GBP between 1.8.2018 and 31.7.2019. For the avoidance of doubt it is a requirement that a minimum of 95 % of the learners live in the West Midlands Combined Authority Area.
