Tender description

Aberdeen City Council is procuring a biomethane to grid plant. This procurement is for the design, supply and installation of an anaerobic digestion plant and a parallel procurement is for the design, supply and installation of the gas upgrader, carbon capture storage plant and the network entry facility. The AD Plant shall be capable of producing 1 500 m3 of biogas per hour from food waste (liquid form), cattle slurry, grass silage, energy beet and whole crop rye, compliant with planning and permitting requirements. Best available techniques will be implemented into the design. The Contractor shall design, supply and install the civil, mechanical, low voltage (415V and below) electrical, control and instrumentation components of the AD plant. The Contractor shall be responsible for management of the interface between the AD Plant and the upgrade plant. Anaerobic Digestion Plant
