DBC (SF) Strategic Sites Design Guidance

Tender description

Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) and St Albans City & District Council (SADC) are jointly appointing a consultant to produce strategic sites design guidance to be applied across large urban extensions and new settlements in the two Local Planning Authorities (LPAs). An important aspect of delivering these new communities at large scale is creating the certainty amongst applicants and developers, Council officers and Council members and the wider public about the standard of design expected across the two LPAs in coming years. Companies interested in tendering should register on the Supply Hertfordshire portal, www.supplyhertfordshire.uk where the tender document can be downloaded. Please submit your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 5 December 2018. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
