DBC (AL) The Supply of Lone Worker Devices - AWARD

Tender description

Dacorum Borough Council are looking for a suitable Service Provider to supply the Council's Officers with a Monitored Lone Worker Device solution. The Council have been using a Lone Worker solution for a number of years with pockets of departments utilising devices however following a review in 2017, the Council's Senior Management Team took the decision to make the use of Lone Worker Devices mandatory for the Council's Officers who have an element of Lone Working within their job role. The result of this was the Council issuing out 235 devices across the Council which included the employees who currently had a device at the time. These devices were only put in on a year's basis to allow the Council to address the need and reduce the risk to the Council's employees. The Council are now looking to carry out a tender process to allow us to identify the most suitable solution for the Council's needs as well as ensuring we are achieving value for money.
