Tender description

Network Rail requires supplier/s to provide the following health related employee benefits: — Employee Assistance Programme, — Executive Health Assessment, — Health Cash Plans. Each of the benefits will be awarded for a contract term of maximum of four (4) years. The commencement date of the contracts will be 1.8.2019 and naturally end on 31.7.2023. Network Rail requires a supplier to provide a confidential Employee Assistance Programme service to their employees for information, and advice or counselling which is free to their employees and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This service is not only available to employees of Network Rail but also to their partner or any dependents if they need to use the service. Network Rail offers a provision of executive health assessments for eligible employees in their executive positions. These executive health assessments promote Network Rail’s commitment to support positive health and wellness by providing an in-depth look at all health areas for Network Rail executives. In line with Network Rail’s commitment to a key focus on the Health and Wellbeing Strategy, Network Rail are looking to introduce the promotion of health cash plan provision to all employees to provide access to a wide range of health and wellbeing offerings which can be claimed back through the plans.
