Tender description

The project is for a changing pavilion located at Kells Playing Fields in Ballymena. This procurement exercise is for the appointment of an Architect Led Integrated Consultancy Team obtain all necessary statutory approvals, procuring a contractor and managing the construction phase of the project. The design has already been completed up to and including RIBA Stage 2. The current approved design is attached as an appendix
