Tender description
NHS Corby CCG is seeking suitable providers to deliver an Urgent Care Centre service to serve the Corby area. The Urgent Care Service comprises the timely treatment of illness or injury in a primary care setting on an un-scheduled basis. The services will assess patients working in partnership with the wider care system across ambulance, primary, community, secondary, mental health, social care and the voluntary sector. The provider(s) will be required to deliver the service in a highly integrated and cohesive service model, thus reducing unnecessary hospital attendance or admissions and enabling optimal patient outcomes. This will be a two year contract commencing on 1st April 2019 with an option to extend for one year. Keywords: Urgent care, Corby
