BIS Research & Evaluation Framework - Lot 3 The aim of the evaluation is to deliver timely and ongoing results on the effectiveness of the ART programme in achieving its core aims, which is to raise competitiveness, sustain and grow UK market share globally, by increasing R&D investment, raising wages and high valued added employment, and generating technology spillovers. BEIS is committed to evaluating all its spend programmes. This work also fulfils that commitment.
