Tender description

The works shall be identified and works orders issued for the required tree works. Works will include mostly pruning and felling, although there will be an element of tree planting and associated young tree care. The Supplier shall additionally be responsible for providing a twenty four (24) hour and three hundred and sixty five (365) day emergency call out service. All works shall be carried out in accordance with British Standard 3998:2010 “Recommendations for Tree Work” or equivalent including all future revisions. The Contract will be let for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further period of two (2) years up to a maximum contract period of five (5) years.
