Tender description

The Houses of Parliament requires access to both the Westlaw UK and Lawtel legal research tools which are used by staff across both houses. These services are not accessed by Members’ staff. The key reason for this negotiated procedure was that this subscription provides access to publications that are unique to the supplier as part of the database subscription, such as Sweet and Maxwell journal titles. The procedure was carried out in line with Regulation 32(2)b.
