Project Outputs A report document, identifying key issues and areas for development, specifically in relation to joint commissioning. The report needs, as far as possible, to be both concise and easy to read as it will be read by many people with different levels of understanding of the issues. The report should be in plain English and technical terms should either be explained as they occur in the report or by using a glossary. The report should contain an executive summary at the front comprising of no more than 3000 words. Any information, including quotes, data, supporting graphics, maps and illustrations etc, should be fully referenced and sources stated. Electronic versions of the final report should be accessible using the Microsoft office suite of programmes. Project Vision The Strategic focus is to identify the voice of the child which will need to involve consultation and engagement, not to reproduce existing data sets. This report will inform policy, strategy (including joint commissioning), prioritisation and development of activities and services related to the needs of young people aged under 25 years with a special educational need or disability (SEND) in Sefton.
