Tender description

The Authority are looking to commission a voluntary non convicted perpetrator programme, offering an opportunity to perpetrators of domestic abuse who are concerned about their own behaviours to change these behaviours. The aim is to support perpetrators to modify their abusive behaviour and develop healthier and safer relationships, which consequently will result in fewer victims suffering the trauma of abuse, as well as reducing the harm to children and young people. The programme will be a new service for the Local Authority and the aim is to reduce the prevalence of domestic abuse across North East Lincolnshire and one aspect of this is to reduce the number of serial and repeat perpetrators. The Authority are looking for this non-convicted perpetrators programme to contribute towards this reduction.
