Site Enabling Ground Works, Barnahely, Ringaskiddy, Cork

Tender description

The Contract provides for the enabling works at the IDA's Loughbeg Landbank site. The Works shall include but are not limited to Topsoil stripping; Regrading of the Site; Surface water management including silt management throughout the Works; Provision of a permanent boundary surface water system; Landscaping and boundary treatments. Geophysical Surveying shall be undertaken as part of the Works to inform future developments to the south east of the re-grading works.
