Tender description

Lot 1: Homeless Accommodation and Support Service: 1 provider to deliver: Stage 1: A minimum of 55 units of Emergency accommodation with support for homeless single adults. The service shall be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Each client can be accommodated for up to 3 months. Stage 2: A minimum of 25 supported accommodation units for single homeless adults. The service shall be available flexibly seven days a week, 365 days a year. Each client can be accommodated for up to 6 months.. Stage 3: A minimum of support for 100 clients per annum to locate move-on accommodation and support. The service shall be available flexibly to meet client’s needs 5 days a week, excluding bank holidays. Each client can be supported for up 6 months.
