This is a prior information notice to seek engagement with economic operators to understand the marketplace for the delivery of medical gases in both cylinder and bulk delivery formats. To this end the business services organisation, procurement and logistics service wishes to engage with potential economic operators to obtain a market view of through the completion of a questionnaire. Any interested economic operators should in the first instance, request a copy of the pre-market engagement questionnaire – Medical gases by email from john.barron@hscni.net Please use the words “Medical Gas” in the subject line of the email request. The economic operator will be required to submit its completed questionnaire no later than 3:00 pm on Monday, 26.11.2018. Economic operators should also note that any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in any future tendering exercise.
