Tender description
The Food Science & Technology department require a process spectrometer, fibre cable and process sensors for inline process compositional measurements of dairy concentrates and powders. The instrument, sensors and cable must be made of high quality and be able to be mounted on a mobile skid to allow the measurements to be carried out in different areas of Teagasc i.e. at laboratory scale and pilot scale. The unit and attachments need to have either or both 3A design or EHEDG and must all be able to be fully cleaned by standard Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) protocols used in the dairy industry.
