Tender description

TWI would like to augment its existing laser direct metal deposition capability, with the acquisition of a new, fully integrated system. This purchase will be made as part of a collaborative research project which is supported by Innovate UK. The equipment must provide full and reliable service, operating within a predominantly R and D environment, across 1 shift (7:30 per day) for approximately 220 days/year.
