Tender description

Knowes Housing Association is a registered social landlord which owns and manages 1 032 properties in the Faifley/Duntocher area of Clydebank and provides factoring services to 598 owner occupied properties in the area. We are looking to retender the contract for our insurance services for a period of 3 years which can be extended for a further 2. We have 23 members of staff and 15 voluntary committee members. Our present contract is due to terminate in March 2019. Knowes HA is looking for interest from registered insurance brokers or insurance companies who have the appropriate qualifications and experience of providing comprehensive insurance cover for the range of services Registered Social Landlords provide. The new contract would commence 15.3.2019.
