Tender description

A variation to a contract concluded between Magna Housing Ltd ("Magna") and Aareon UK Ltd ("Aareon") for the provision of an integrated housing management solution and associated services to provide a fully integrated finance system alongside the proposed housing management solution. Magna and Aareon concluded a contract for the provision of an integrated housing management solution and associated services on 13.9.2018. Since that award decision Magna needed to consider solutions for a finance system that would integrate with the housing management solution that is the subject matter of that original contract. Aareon has agreed to supply its finance system, fully integrated as part of the managed service alongside the proposed housing management system for 105 150 GBP (excl of VAT) utilising Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) to modify and extend the Contract to include the finance system.
