Tender description

LHC will be inviting micro, small, medium and large contractors to tender for a new framework to support the delivery of publicy funded new housing projects across North, Central & South East England, including housing, apartments, care homes, student accommodation and other types of residential properties. The framework will be split into lots, by region and project size, to encourage participation from a range of contractors. The framework will be split into two workstreams: WS1 will be for Consultants. WS2 will be for Contractors. Contractor lots will be divided by region and project size (1-15 units, 16-49 units, and 50+ units) to encourage participation from a range of contractors. Pre-tender workshops are being held in London, Bedford, Birmingham and Leeds.
