Tender description

This tender sets out the requirements to deliver homelessness prevention, housing and support into adulthood for 16/17-year olds and care leavers in Devon. This includes support hours for young people while in accommodation or as part of move on arrangements. Accommodation-based support, including move-on — Northern Community Hub region. This hub is made up of the Housing Authorities of North Devon District Council and Torridge District Council. Accommodation-based support, including move-on — Eastern Community Hub region. This hub is made up of the Housing Authorities of Exeter City Council, East Devon District Council and Mid Devon District Accommodation-based support, including move-on — Southern Community Hub region. This hub is made up of the Housing Authorities of West Devon Borough Council, Teignbridge District Council and South Hams District Council. Floating support for mediation and prevention (countywide). This lot is for the whole of the DCC administrative boundary.
