Tender description

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to establish 4 contracts to deliver support within supported accommodation to vulnerable adults (over 18) who are currently/or at risk of becoming homeless to prepare for independent living within a settled accommodation setting. The service/s shall play a key role in assisting the local authority to support vulnerable single homeless adults or those at risk of becoming homeless, supporting statutory homelessness duties and contributing to various strategies. The contractors shall deliver up to 130 units of supported accommodation and shall address the needs of service users accessing the service. Bidders must be able to provide a minimum of 15 units of accommodation, which will need to be available and ready for referrals, from 2.11.2018. 100 % of referrals will be made by the local authority.
