Tender description
LHC will be inviting micro, small, medium and large contractors to tender for a new framework to support the delivery of publicly funded new housing projects across North, Central & South East England, including housing, apartments, care homes, student accommodation and other types of residential properties. The framework will be split into lots, by region and project size, to encourage participation from a range of contractors. Contractors will be invited to apply for banded workstreams: Workstream 1 - up to 16 units Workstream 2 - 16 - 49 units Workstream 3 - 50+ units Contractors will also be able to bid for one or more regions, and offer partial coverage of a region in the case of the smaller project sizes.
